That would be James Dylan, the lead singer... I recognize the screen name from the Virtual Zeppelin videos.

I edited an embedded intro on too late. Give me the link so I can go flame him. Did he post as if it was his own video? Pete the Cabby is no more here or with any vids of Joe because of the same. Please post my video there which is now marked and see what they say. And thanks for the compliment. It was my first ever upload of my own work.

I checked some of the spots and compared it to yours and they look the same.  Double check me though.

The compliment is a back handed slap to me! The man is scum in my book and a common thief. Why not just post the link to my work instead of ripping and reposting so it appears on his channel?

Hmm, maybe because he has 2100+ subscribers that he wanted to see the video?  This is the way most performers collect good video representations of their work, from fans.  Your video is the featured video on his channel right now... you should be flattered, not offended.  Credit is always nice, but really it doesn't mean anything to anybody but you, no offense.  And from a legal standpoint, once you post something, it's public domain.

Would it not work the same to tag it as a favorite link on his channel? Sure would be easier. I'll be sure to embed watermarks in all my videos in the future. I never thought my first ever video would be ripped.

I looked at the more info page and found this little disclaimer:

Not taking credit but would be nice when the credits are listed to put the original fan/poster on that list as TDV had said.

Bottom line. Jamie responded to my complaint, Friended me, subscribed to my channel and offered passes to his shows in the future. Now that is a bit better.  I realize the stuff is out there in the public domain but an ack on a hit would be sweet from time to time. I take it all back. He's a star.
