46, Internal Medicine/ER Medicine physician based in Fort Worth, Tx. Introduced to Joe's genius by one of my ER nurses who invited me to see Joe at HoB Dallas about 4 years ago. welcome Doc, seeing Joe live will get you to talking up a storm with friends and family. I can only see as how it would have to help the patients, just prescribe J Bonamassa - 'tid' whether needed or not, and they will be on the road to recovery. I went in to my pharmicist a few months back and asked if he could refill my Propafol. He had a blank stare and did not get the joke.

Welcome BluesDoc! If the HOB showyou are speaking of was the grand opening weekend, I was at that show as well, along with Michael Lynch from the UK. We were on a Elgin, IL to Oklahoma City, OK to Dallas, Texas run of shows.
