The Ballad of John Henry

I was watching a few videos of the Ballad of John Henry and noticed that it is played totally different to the way i thought so I consulted a Guitar Pro I found and its totally different to the way Joe plays it ... I am aware its in baritone tuning but on the guitar pro I was looking at it states the tuning is:
E - B
A - F#
D - B
G - E
B - G#
E - C#

But a Baritone tuning is from B to B so it would be B E A D F# B (Low to high) which is a fourth down from standard I was just wondering could someone clarify the tuning for me I'd really appreciate it?
