Topic: Hello from Austin TX

Hello all.

I have enjoyed reading the forum for quite a while now and after going to the concert in March...I had to join.  Been a Joe fan for a while now and try to see him whenever I can.  Thanks for making this such a great place!

Hello and welcome to the forum, Hillcountry. smile

I'm planning to see Joe in July (Switzerland) and maybe in June (Germany).

Have fun.

yes, welcome to the forum, its good to have another joe addict in the mix. Is that you there playing the git ? If so, you should have some fun over in the gear section. I love that area of the country, very much steeped in blues, and a lot of nice people. Also a $^*&load of beautiful women. I used to drive the back roads from Houston up to Austin back in the 80's, the landscape and all is tremendous and you get to go by the contented cows in Brenham. Take care and have a blast, lots of good people here.

Yes, that is me...red beard and all.  Ended up doing an outdoor gig on one of the few days it was below freezing...good timing.  Austin is a great place and I am thankful I get to live here.

Thanks for joining!

I have very fond memories of Austin - did a round trip through Texas back in 2005 (heard Steve Winwood in Houston and Austin) - Austin was by far ma favorite town ...

So many nice bars with music ...

Those bats rising from under that bridge - that was a marvelous experience too.

Greetings from Germany - Joe will be here doing so many concerts this summer, fantastic ...
