Rick:  Can't believe he was in Dover and didn't play any shows around here :-(   Tell Albert we miss him in the Mid-Atlantic states and to please come back to DC/Baltimore/Harrisburg soon!

Carl they flew in, knocked the CD out and flew home.
Albert did not have his gear with him.

He used a custom made Strat from Dawn Gund "Naked Body Guitars"
www.nakedbodyguitars.com  on the elctric tracks.

For the two acoustic tracks he used my  "Black" Takamine.
It sounds better in his hands.

A ton of people have asked for Albert in the area.
Have the venues and promoters contact Albert's booking agent
"Casey Scott".

Albert has a ton of dates in the Mid West for June and July, nothing
yet announced for the "East Coast".

Toby will be in MD & PA. If you love guitar , you owe it to yourself
to check him out. Tell him Albert & his friends at Blues Leaf Records sent you

Re: Toby Walker & Albert Castiglia - Sweet Southern Angel

Tell Albert Cathy wants him in Md/Pa too. What about Kclingers?? I will try to get him some bookings. He is a real gem!!! We went to see Michael Burks in Belgium last fall. After the show, the first thing I heard was Albert over the P.A. I got REAL excited and thanked the owner. I FB'ed Albert about it, but the point is, he would do really well in Europe. In fact, you send the two Alberts, Castiglia and Cummings together, and I think they could take over the Hague! smile Anyway....Cathy

(a space for the smilie...ed)  wink

Cathy, I wish I could make it happen, but Albert doesn't get involved
in booking dates(neither do I). It's all done by Casey Scott at Highway Key Touring            www.hwykey.com

Since you mentioned Kclingers, another great guitarist from out musical family  "Sean Chambers"   is playing there  May 26  at 8PM

I'm "on it like Blue Bonnet" :-)   Thanks to PittsburghJeff (where are ya man?) for introducing me to Sean......he can play a bit :-)  KClingers isn't quite the place it used to be (the food & staff used to totally rock...now, not so much) but still great to see a national act for a $5 cover - I was under 5 ft. from JST there....very cool.

Rick...thanks for the update, guess I'm going to have to be "Southbound" and catch Albert in his native habitat.  I have friend in Boca that needs a visit.

Wow....that's cool as heck, and perhaps a bit risky....but no one threw any rotten fruit when I jammed with Albert or Jason Ricci, so I guess it's okay....schweeet  big_smile

For those of you who are not aware of Sean Chambers....seek out his music, I think you will love it.  Great to see him get out of FL!

P.S.  Rick:  Thanks for the message....I wouldn't miss it!
