Topic: The Varmints go "off message"

I post this with some trepidation but, in the absence of an "Other Genre" forum ......

This Friday's Varmint Show kicks off with an interview with Kids In Glass Houses.

Featuring the bands charming bass player Shay, the interview covers both the band's debut album "Smart Casual" as well as tracks from the new album "Dirt" - due out on the 29th March.

They're a young band who've been paying their dues for around 4 years and are on the cusp of reaping the rewards.  They have a great vocalist & lyricist who understands hooks & melodies - and they rock!

So, if you like fantastic melody-led indie rock I heartily recommend this one.

Two more things;

There is a track on the new album called "Undercover Lover", which is a duet with Frankie Sandford from the Saturdays (no auto-tune involved) which I predict will be the summer single of 2010 (at least in the UK)

... and if you think the Varmints have completely lost the plot, I have 3 letters for you - ALB ... soon, but you 'aint seen me right?

Do join us from 22.00 GMT.
