Topic: Hi Everybody

Hi folks,my name is Kenny and i come from Scotland. I've been a Blues/Rock fan for many,many years now.I found out about Joe through the Rory Gallagher homepage,where his name was mentioned often.Since the summer i've been getting hold of his material and really loving it.Got
the new DVD at the weekend and was blown away.Best i've seen,since Rory Gallagher in his heyday.So i'm hooked now and thought i would join you guys on this homepage.

Welcome Kenny. You've come to the right place for a bluesrock fan. Watch out though, it's a slippery slope. Before you know it you'll be travelling all over the place to Joe Bonamassa concerts, buying all his back catalogue and talking endlessly on here about his music (I know - it happened to me - happily smile )

Thanks for the welcome David,like the name by the way,mines a vindaloo wink .Got hold of most of Joe's albums and like you say the next step is to see him live,just missed him this summer,
but i hope he comes down this way next year again,till then the DVD will have to do.

Hi Kenny, and welcome aboard to what seems to be a rapidly growing forum. I myself have been here for 6 weeks, and I'm loving it. It's a great place to swap stories, get guitar tips, and wax lyrical about anything Joe related (and some stuff not related too).
