6. Hot August Blues (and not just for the music)
7  BDS at Higher Ground, Burlington, VT in November- finally the mandolin!
8. Joe Woonsocket, RI (front row and a white suit - photographer's dream)
9. Derek Trucks at Boarding House Park, Lowell (best version of Down in the Flood I have ever heard)
10. Joe Lebanon, NH (7 hours round trip in the car but worth it)
11. Back Door Slam in Vermont in July

I cannot remember a year EVER when I went to so many shows - it's been a blast!  Gonna be a tough act to follow, but I'm willing to try!

Oh boy, I thought 2009 was a good year for me for live music, but you guys put me to shame. I only saw 4 live performances, although 4 awesome performances I have to say.

Joint 1st ) AC/DC - Dublin & Joe - RAH  (i think I have to put AC/DC joint 1st as it had been on my dream list since i was about 12)

3) Jeff Beck - Ulster Hall Belfast
4) Joe - Waterfront Belfast

3 awesome artists in one year, I was pretty happy . Really hard to assign an order, it would probably change depending on which day you asked me

Oh wow forgot one that just came to mind.
Robin Henkel & Nathan James and on the same bill David Lindley.  All performers seated.  An incredible night of live (almost exclusively) acoustic music.
