Joe steps it up with each new offerring.  A friend brought the Blues Deluxe CD to my place four years ago and it just took one track to get hooked.  Soon thereafter, I was able to attend my first JB concert in Norman, OK (front row, center), where Joe was happy to announce that the band was now making enough money to afford a real tour bus!  Flash forward a few years and it's JB on stage at RAH with a packed house and a fantastic backup group in addition to the "regulars" for the past couple years.  And what a well produced video!  Simply outstanding.  Congratulations Joe on your outstanding accomplishments and your continued success is well deserved.  It's been a couple years since you have visited Oklahoma and it is definitely time for you to come back.  I'm thinking the new Hard Rock Casino that is currently completing a 2,500 seat facility might be the right venue.  Come visit us soon and thanks for providing great listening (and viewing) materials.  Even some old guys (49) like me are completely hooked.

nice post Redmaja, I hope Joe makes it to Oklahoma for you......I saw the gig in Leeds last week and Joe and his band took the roof off the place....... !

I first heard of Joe when he was on Jools Holland earlier this year. I couldn't believe he had many albums previous to John Henry. I missed out on so much. I seen Joe last night in Dublin and it was simply amazing. I'm hooked for life. Ciarán (Aged 15).

Welcome redmaja. He gets us all no matter the age. Lots of us are way older than you and I see that the youngest are jumping on the bandwagon too. Great music is not age related, just depends on when you hear it. Rick

Aah ...Blues Deluxe....the very same that started my addiction several years ago.

We are very lucky here in the UK because Joe treats us regularly by coming and playing here.....usually not too far to go to a gig. I hope you get another show soon.....2500 seats.....no problem!
