I play through clean Fenders so I feel the need to have a pedal in front of me.  Lately, I have been hooked on my Barber Small Fry.  Very versatile pedal and has good "touch." You can feel the strings.  Smooth and articulate pedal.  Price is good for a boutique pedal.  I believe they are still $149.

As stated before, Providence pedals are amazing. If you buy something else before trying one out, you will truly regret it when you hear one! I can safely say that i've tried out a lot of the pedals mentioned throught this thread and the Providence eats them alive for blues tones.
Although the best person to ask would be Keith Urban - he claimed in an interview to have every single OD pedal ever made yikes
