Formed the band, Mink DeVille. Died of Pancreatic Cancer in Paris.
PS: Pancreatic Cancer also claimed the late great, Bill Hicks (US Stand-Up Comedian, writer ) February 26th 1994 at the tender age of 32.~ Brack ~

I agree Gunter,
He was a one of a kind! I recorded his last show Rockpalast TV show last year, he did in Bonn.
Dicky Betts played that night too, both great shows!
Spanish troll was a big hit in Europe, he is still very popular in Europe, specially in France and Holland.
