Paul Jones is such a nice guy, been around for a long time....his knowledge of the blues is encyclopaedic!

Yeah! Paul Jones keeps coming up with all sorts of marvellously talented and awesome artists that I haven't heard of before. He's got The Derek Trucks Band on his Radio 2 Show this week. You can "listen again" to it. They sound really great and have now been put on my must see list.
I read in this months "Blues In Britain" that Jazz FM want Paul Jones back again, but he's much too busy enjoying the release of his first solo album for 37 years. (It's available on Amazon.)
Jazz FM should never have taken his two hour R 'n' B Saturday show off the air. It was a great loss to blues music.
Don't you think?

"I guess the music is the reason and the key, for me. It takes the blues, to see!" Gary Fletcher, of The Blues Band. The Blues Band are Paul Jones, Tom McGuinness, Dave Kelly, Gary Fletcher and Rob Townsend.
