He's an excellent guitar player. I really like when he plays jazz fusion without shredding all the time. I've seen him doing that a few times and he can be really great. When he keeps shredding and swep-picking i don't like it very much. But he has feeling...and that's the most important thing.

No doubt he can play.     He'll develop a pretty solid following, but the public at large will struggle to digest him.
