Topic: Hi everybody

It's less than two years (September 2007) that I discovered Joe Bonamassa in German-TV. From the first minute of listening to his music I was addicted. In springtime last year I had the chance to see him live on stage for the first time and it was overwhelming!!! It was the first concert of NINE in 14 months!!! My personal record.
Over the last 35 years I´ve followed many bands from Blues to Hardrock and Heavy Metal, but there´s just nothing that compares to Joe. I chose "Bonapostle" as my nickname, because I´m spreading the word about Joe whereever I am ... smile

It´s funny to answer a post of someone who´s sitting next to you, but I just have to ... after lurking around for so many months you have finally made the big step to join the forum - congratulations! big_smile

Issy and I met Marlies during last years Germany tour and saw 3 shows together - yesterday we met up in Hamburg again and today it´s off to Berlin ...

Are you coming to Schoeppingen as well, we can have a nice talk together like in Osnabrueck and Koeln last December!!
Joe plays at 22.00
I'll be there all day so maybe we see eachother, if not, many more Joe shows to come next years!!!!

Ha! so you're English is pretty good after all. You know us all already as you told me you had looked in the forum often. Good that you finally joined us - besser spät als nie!

I guess we will be meeting again soon, wherever that may be. So far Wishbone Ash, Aynsley Lister, Derek Trucks, Joe on Sunday and thats just this year!

as always I follow Eva´s advice and welcome you in the forum. Sounded like you had a good time together.....and still have, because it´s a quarter to nine on Tuesday evening and if there is no opening band in Berlin, you should be now in the middle of Joe´s show.

I'm not coming to Schoeppingen on Saturday. I decided to go to Munich on Sunday. If possible, I would like to see ALL shows (you know that:D)!!! But there is no way to do that:(.
