In case y'all haven't seen it, Rod Stewart joined Jeff Beck onstage at the El Rey Theatre in L.A. on Tuesday for 2 songs, "People Get Ready" and "I Ain't Superstitious":

How cool is that Keith! You know, it appeared as if it was a total surprise to Jeff Beck.

Hey, Mr. Beck has the same outfit on as he had in Milwaukee this past Saturday night. How many white outfits does he own? smile

I heard about this....how cool!! I also read that John Mayer played with Jeff too on the same night perhaps?? Here's what it said on the Mayer's twitter.

Just Maggie!!  When Rod released Maggie May I started collecting his albums (or should I say vinyls which I still have).  Didn't go back far enough at the time but, thanks to Joe, discovered 'Truth & Beck-Ola'.  The first CD I bought of Joe's was Blues Deluxe and after reading the insert tracked down Rod singing Blues De Luxe. Also love Old Man River from the same album.
