Topic: Other "Blues" artists that you may enjoy

I became a Joe fan about a year ago. Thanks to internet sites like Pandora, Slacker and Jango, I have discovered a few more that each have a unique sound. I'll list some that you may enjoy:

Jimi, Stevie Ray and Rory laid down some killer tracks when they were still walking this world. Worthwhile to have some of their CDs in your collection.

Don't forget Davy Knowles. From what he posted on Facebook today, he just finished recording for Back Door Slam's newest release, probably be available later this spring or in summer.  Their first CD (self titled) is really good.

saw Ian Parker on your list. I have checked him out on youtube already and liked what I saw. Have got tickets for my daughter and self for next week in Hamburg. Have you seen him? What can I expect?

Hi Mike, I have not seen Parker live (he rarely tours this north).  Ian's strength's lie in his emotional expression, his solos and his vocals, rather than either rocking guitar or downhome blues.  Let us know your opinion.
