Don't get me wrong I love this forum to bits, but the one thing that bug's me are the clever people who seem to delight in letting other posters know that something has already been posted elsewhere or it's in the wrong section.
Just let the moderators find it and move it to the correct place, and if you do fill the need to comment at least be more polite, after all it's not a crime

To get back on topic. That guy is awesome... one of the only guitar cover/ solo videos that I can watch all the way through many times. His voicing is very much like Joe, but he also has stuff of his own. I like how he made a point to never play the saame thing twice.

His name is Sam Coulson. He's 22. He's a HUGE fan of Joe's. He's a very nice young man. I've been chatting with him for a few weeks. I meant to post links to his videos right away, but, I've not been here much - sorry. I'm just glad that TWO people beat me to it and that you all are enjoying him.
