Re: Royal Albert Hall ..... ( Roll Call )

Don't know where I'm sitting. My 'mate' (I now use the term loosely) forgot to go on-line and order the bloody tickets. So, we're probably outside in the street, on a couple of deck chairs, in the cold, in the rain, in the dark, listening to the bloody traffic.....and I don't mean the band that Steve Winwood was in! So, if you have a spare hotdog or burger and see a couple of old gits, one with a black eye (that'll be my 'mate'), give me the food and slap him over the head!

Bad Kitty and Little Eddie,

We are in box 34 seats 7 and 8...Look forward to seeing you there...

Bizzer (Joe and Sharon)

wink

Michael, I think it's Bad Kitty and Li'l Eddie who defaulted. Bizzer posted his seats on the thread a few posts up from here. Bad Kitty and Eddie's seats (details on London 2009 thread) are not showing on list at top of this thread.

What a complete nightmare. Have you only just found out? I think there will be an opportunity to buy returned tickets nearer the date, so don’t panic just yet.

Re: Royal Albert Hall ..... ( Roll Call )

I bought mine through Greenbee who use SeeTickets and on my order tracker I get :

"We will start to despatch tickets for this event on approximately 13/04/2009 and we expect to have all tickets despatched by 27/04/2009".

Are other SeeTickets  users getting the same? And why on earth are they waiting until April when the RAH have already started sending out tickets? Anyone understand this?

Hi David -

I bought my tickets thru SEE ticketing directly and I have received the same message.   Since I am flying in from the States for this show an April delivery is not good for me.  I have nightmares about me heading east on one plane and my tickets heading west on another.  I did contact SEE tickets and was told that I could set it up so I could pick up my tickets the day of the show, but I would really like to have them in hand before I leave (today or tomorrow would be good, yesterday would have been better).  I am agoing to wait a bit longer before I go with the will-call option.  I know in the past Ticketmaster has said tickets will not be shipped until a certain date, and then they come much earlier.  Perhaps Joe's management can try and get SEE to release these tickets a little earlier?

Fingers crossed!

Sandy

Sandy, all you need to do is send seetickets an email, via their contact page and request to have the tickets collected at the venue (will call).  I bought tickets for Eric Clapton for Manchester through seetickets and had the same dilemna and they email me back and said of instead mailing them, they be collected at the venue.  Saves a lot of problems that way.

Music is good for the Soul...

Re: Royal Albert Hall ..... ( Roll Call )

David - Thanks for telling me that you have done this in the past and all worked out ok.  I have already contacted them thru e-mail and was told this was an option - just waiting a little longer to see if anything changes as far as the release date.
