I haven't been checking the forum lately due to my work schedule and I am so behind on what is going on.  I was thrilled to find out that you won the contest!  As everyone else has said, it couldn't have gone to a more deserving person.  It's extra special that it went to a musician too.  I know you were a music major and you play(ed) bass.  Guess you'll have to learn guitar now.

Oh my gosh, I can't even begin to tell you all how excited I am getting.  And it will be so much fun meeting up with all of you JoeHio friends.  Many thanks to all who are extending such warm welcomes to Ohio. And to see Joe two weeks in a row....pure heaven....I can't even talk about the guitar, because it makes my head spin.......I am just so grateful to Joe and all of the others who are behind the scenes on this.  Awesome, truly awesome.

OH PATTY!!!!!  Wow!!!  I've been away, but WHAT a FANTASTIC PIECE OF NEWS this was!!!  I cannot imagine that beautiful guitar going to anyone more deserving and APPRECIATIVE than you!  I really can't!!!  'Twas meant to be!!!

How I would LOVE to be there to see the grand presentation itself...... I'm SO happy that Melissa will be there to document it for us all.  Remember to breathe, but don't hyperventilate!!!!  Just relax, if at all possible, take in every detail, absorb it ALL, try NOT to be nervous...... you KNOW that Joe will take very good care of you, and make it all EASY and WONDERFUL and oh-so-memorable.

I am SO HAPPY for you!!!!  Yippppppeeeeee, yahooooo!!!!!

Many of us will be there in spirit with you - grinning from ear to ear and clapping 'til our hands are PINK!!!!
