Congrats Patty. The idea to send CD's to soldiers was a Street Team promotion idea that never came to fruition. Maybe that is something we can do for the new release. Let us know how they will be distributed. Again. Congrats you had a lot of people pulling for you.

It could not have gone to a better "promoter of Joe". And to boot, think of all those soldiers getting some Joe! I am sure they will in turn help spread the word as they share the "goody CD" that comes in their care package, as it is a natural phenomenon to share it that you just can't ignore! When those soldiers return home I am sure there will be a "run" on Joe's back catalog. smile

I can't wait to get some photos of you and your new guitar! You just might have to go on tour with it! lol smile

When I opened up Joe's website tonight, I got the biggest smile on my face...seeing that one of my favorite people had won the contest!
If I could have picked the most deserving person...it woulda been you! You're one of a kind and now you have a one of a kind guitar (I know there's other JB signature model guitars, but yours is notorious!) Congrats!

All of you, many many many heartfelt thanks for your kind words.  I am absolutely humbled and I am still in a state of dis-belief on the guitar. Big hugs and thanks to all who were behind the workings of the Affiliate Program.   Haven't had the chance yet to make up my mind on where & when. Consulted with Joe & the band...different ideas, but ultimately back in my hands...Joe said, You pick the place Patty and we'll figure out the formalities.  He made it sound so easy smile   Have to work around 3 different work schedules....let the juggling begin.... It's an overwhelming choice to make....I've got to shake the "tired cobwebs" from my thinking process.........love, luv, and more love to all of you.....  Patty

P.S.  Personal emails, I will get back to all of you soon.   Promise.

Almost forgot, I asked Joe about autographing all the CD's going to the soldiers and it was like this, "Oh yeah I can do that.  Bring them with you to the show Patty."  That spoke volumes to me of what a great soul Joe Bonamassa possesses.  The B.E.S.T.

Congratulations Patty. I'm fairly new here but I can tell already what a great ambassador you are for Joe and so quite rightly deserve the guitar. I hope it brings you lots of pleasure. It would be great to see some photos for the hand over and the guitar when you finally receive it.  smile
