Blow the froth off a couple of pints for me, OK? And enjoy when Joe again blows the shoes and socks off the crowd. Get your Marchin' Shoes shined up!

I couldn't blow the froth off, I was too thirsty so just drank the lot.
Well I am just home from the gig and I am on a high.
Picture this.
You are the father of one son who has been away from home for a couple of years.
The last time you met, he was slightly overweight had long hair and liked to show off.
You are in a crowded room with a host of strangers who are somehow familiar, the lights dim, the crowd roars and there he stands, the boy you saw and heard but two years ago. He has changed.Slimmer with shorter hair but still that penchant for the flourish. With his first words he brings a lump to your throat and a tear to your eye. Then he plays.........................................
Boy does he play........................................................................................................
That has got to be the greatest gig of my life so far. Joe has polished his act so much you can see your face in it. He almost made the Glasgow crowd shut up but that is nearly impossible such is their need to show their appreciation. He can make a guitar do things I didn't think possible and in particular his acoustic guitar playing is breathtaking. Two hours of excellence and I hope his inclusion of a promise in song to see us soon is true.
Glasgow, Scotland, The World loves Joe Bonamassa and I for one hope it isn't too long before I see my boy again.
Peace and Jam
