Topic: Pictures from Pacific Road

Blistering set from the boys and an equally brilliant, but different set from Crosby Loggins, who I will be buying when funds allow

Enjoy

By the way, the lighting was appauling for this show, it was slow, lazy and badly positioned. Not sure whether it was the venue or not. Can't imagine Dave and the boys making that mistake, but large appertures, slow speeds and low light levels don't make life easy for a beginner like me!

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Hey Geoff. I think your photos look great!

I know how difficult it can be to take photos without the aid of a flash when you're faced with poor lighting conditions. Been there, done that, many times. I don't even want to know how many of mine ended up being deleted because of that.

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Hi Geoff

I think your piccies are really good. I didn't get any worth posting so thanks a lot for sharing. My videos were alright. I've posted one on You Tube but I don't quite know how to put the link from here to it. It involves 'embedding' I think. Can you help me out please? I am still learning all this computer stuff and am struggling a bit. I know it's probably dead simple but isn't everything when you know how. Thanks

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Tripsy,

If you pull up your youtube video and then click on the bar where the youtube address is shown.....(you know, like when I'm here, my address bar is showing "http://www.jbonamassa.com/forum/post.php, etc., etc.).  Clicking should highlight it.  Then got to your edit function and "copy" it......then come back to this page.....open a reply, write whatever you want, and, when you're ready, just right-click your mouse and and click "paste".  It should drop right in and then we should be able to see it.  Make sense?

Hope that helps.

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Hi Libby

Thanks a lot for your help. You must think I'm a right Divvy (that's someone with a brain the size of a petit pois!). I realised eventually that I was trying to copy and paste the wrong bit! Like I said everything's easy when you know how. Here goes:-

I'm just uploading a video of One Of These Days. It will take a while.

Thanks again

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Tripsy,

Your welcome for whatever help I was able to provide.  I'm having trouble with the video loading now.  Strange....it seems stuck.  I'll try it again later.

Don't feel silly.  There are many things you know that I don't know, I'm sure.  For instance, I've never posted anything on youtube!!!

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Tripsy,

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble, but, I can't get either of your youtube videos to play for me.  They both appear to be "stuck".  I haven't had any issues with anyone else's videos on that site.  Is it me?

Re: Pictures from Pacific Road

Hi Libby

I have just tried the links I posted on the forum and the videos played no problem. I don't know what the problem is. Does anyone else know?
