It was a little chilly out in the audience, but not bad compared to sitting in the Providence Performing Arts Center back in the '70s when it still was called The Palace Theatre and you could see a Marx brothers double feature in the dead of winter for 99 cents. I remember sitting through some of those old films in full winter gear, my breath hanging in the air.
The old Leroy in Pawtucket, though acoustically wonderful, was even worse for ambiance.
Were you actually chilled on stage, Joe? Yowza...
