"This was taped Friday, April 21st, 2006. I played Woke Up Dreamin' at my high school's variety show and it was the biggest hit of the night. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sound crew..they managed to screw up most of the acts all night, and while mine sounded pretty good they had my vocal mic turned WAY UP so my vocals are much too loud at times. But besides that I think this is one of my best performances of this song and I had such adrenaline I can't even describe it! I have two links to the video, one from my myspace, and one directly from youtube. Enjoy and let me know what you think!"

Yeah, I agree that as an internet video it is too long, but when I actually played it it went by really fast. I guess it doesn't translate to the web as well as it was performed. Thanks for the comments

But I got most of my chops on this song straight from Joe's live performances so technically this isn't better than his version, it is just my interpretation of my favorite parts of the various live shows he has played.
