Why doesn't the online store deliver to Brazil?

Hi marcelmitteslainer; sorry to read about your problem. I can't see anything on the online store site that would exclude orders from  Brazil.
I can only suggest that you contact the customer services and ask if there are any reasons or whether its a software glitch (sometimes happens).
