Topic: Online store issue

Hi, I just tried making a  purchase through the online JB store. Typed in my card information, made sure everything was correct, then clicked Pay Now. It says that my payment details couldn't be verified, and to check my card details and try again. Has anyone else had this problem? If you did, how did you fix it? All of my information is correct. Please let me know thanks.

Never had a problem myself. If you have not yet I would  try contacting J and R
They must have a customer service number ir email on the site here
