Topic: NGD: Gibson Custom Shop '58 Les Paul Standard

Today I opened up the case on my latest Bucket List purchase, the first time I have ever bought a brand new Gibson. Having missed out on all of Joe's signature Gibson models, when I came across this Historic '58 Les Paul in what Gibson's Custom Shop calls "Royal Tea Burst," I figured that a guitar with a finish with the same name as one of Joe's best albums was close enough! big_smile

Now that Joe has started doing Meet & Greets again, I look forward to getting his autograph on this one sometime in 2023! cool

Do you ever head south to catch any Joe shows? If you're planning on seeing him on the Spring 2023 tour or the as-yes-unannounced Summer or Fall 2023 tours, give me a holler. I have a spare Meet & Greet pass I would be happy to share with you at one of those shows...
