Topic: Jamestown Revival - San Isabel

In the last day I've gotten reacquainted with JR, buying all three of their studio albums.
I put a couple songs of theirs on another thread, but decided they needed their own.
The sound is pure Texas Americana that brings to mind the Everly Brothers, Crosby, Stills & Nash and Neil Young's earlier solo stuff.
San Isabel just came out and is pretty impressive.

This is the first song off the album called "Crazy World (Judgement Day)" that is done stripped down in a studio with the two main musicians.  In one take.  It's a protest song, but not the usual garden variety.

Nice. Stripped to the bone, tight and pure. Crazy World had the wife humming along right away.
I’ll be getting this.
