Thanks Jane! We were fortunate enough to catch the sound check at that show. Joe and the band talked about their setlist and went through three complete songs. Joe then came over and had an extended Q&A with us that lasted approximately 10 minutes. I asked about his guitars, and he went over to the "boat" and showed us two of his 1960 LPs and talked about them a bit.
Of course the show was off the hook. There were many uplifting, almost spiritual moments when everyone onstage just clicked and the music became magical. You got lost in it. Just wonderful.
