Been listening to the British Blues Explosion album a few times through since it came out and, I have to be honest, I'm underwhelmed...
There are a few tracks I like; Spanish Boots, Pretending, SWALBR and Little Girl, but the rest leave me wanting more. Maybe it reflects how much I like the artists that did the originals since all but one of the songs I like were Clapton numbers.
Lately I have definitely started to put myself in the "miss old Joe" group. I find the albums most in rotation for me are Sloe Gin, Black Rock and Ballad Of John Henry...
