Topic: Red Bank, NJ - Count Basie - 11/22/16

With all due respect to the late, great James Brown ... Joe has takin' his moniker to heart ... and ran with it!!

Thanks Joe & Co. for another great show!! ... a great mix once again!! ... Truly appreciate the efforts every time around!!

(And kudos to the Trailer and Bus drivers! ... could not have shoehorned everything in there any better in the small lot next door!)

PS ... although it must be complete chaos at Springfield Elementary right now ... it's great to see an old friend back out on the Road!

"I was in Space for less than 2 weeks … and suddenly Jeaniene’s back … half the Band is off the gd wagon … we have comedians opening for us … and the nice kid that ran our website is now a kleptof’nmaniac.  Boy ... did you guys miss me!!"  Phil Valentine - Road Manager - Staton House Band

JBLP#251 (unaged) ... thank you Ron.

No more tells ... Baltimore is less than 48 hours away ... all will be known then! smile

(Oh alright ... one little hint ... I did read where Lisa is currently doing some small club weekend dates around Springfield ... a tribute show to the late, great Bleeding Gums Murphy ... performing ... in it's entirety ... Murphy's smash album Sax on the Beach.

An Edit ... not to be confused with the John Tesh album of the same name! smile: https://youtu.be/QTJY_jjLUq0
