Topic: Mick Ralphs - Stroke

“Following the Bad Company UK tour that wound up last Saturday at London’s 02 Arena the family and representatives of the band’s co-founder, guitarist and songwriter Mick Ralphs are sad to announce that Mick has suffered a stroke.

“Mick is receiving excellent medical care and is recovering in hospital, although all his public engagements are necessarily on hold, pending his improvement.

“Everyone is wishing Mick a speedy recovery, and further news will be announced at the appropriate time. “

When life gives you lemons; don't make lemonade.
Give back the lemons.  Why were the lemons free?  What's wrong with the lemons?

Wishing Mick all the best for a speedy recovery, hopefully the stroke was not a major one.

Thats a great shame to hear.

There are varying degrees of course. If mild then R&R is the only option. He's done his bit for rock 'n roll. I'm sure he only does it for the crack of it but extensive tours and advancing years are'nt always the best mix.

That said his old mucker Ian Hunter is still producing some of his best writing. Some of these guys just don't know when to stop!
