Re: "Let The Good Times Roll" - From Live At The Greek Theatre

So I'm seeing a double CD available for pre order on Amazon in Canada and the US. Are the combo packages (DVD and CD together) not going to be available from Amazon but only from Joe's store? This might be a problem if you don't live in the US no? hmm

For example, if ordered from Joe's online store the regular DVD/CD package would cost us in Canada a total of $45.34 (shipping is $18.35 US) which when all converted to Canadian dollars is $59.20 plus PayPal fees Credit Card fees and taxes and duty. This would be one incredibly expensive DVD/CD.

So does anyone know if the package will become available on Amazon or is this a Joe inhouse special only?

Nickel
from what I've seen pre-sale is typically  Joe's site
I wouldn't rely too much on Amazon.. at least not yet...
they (Amazon) have a spam bot that goes out and grabs all sorts of things and claim they can sell - when they can't..
Amazon will probably have it for you once it's gone public a few weeks after the pre-release

I learned the hard way for us in CDN land to just wait till HMV has it.
typical HMV price for the DVD/Blu-ray will be something between $25-35 and a CD is typically $20-25.
so around the $50 mark for both.

I found out I didn't need to be the "first kid on the block" and can wait the extra couple of weeks for the public release.

after the public release,, check amazon again

You have to order them separably but the cd and dvd are available on Amazon Canada for about $46 Canadian plus tax for the pair.

I don't think Joe's store has a special set in one box.  I think they're paring two separate items.

Thanks for the info guys. Man... prices are crazy. Pretty soon it's going to be hard to have our favorite music and support the artist we love because we just can't afford to.
