Re: What song are you listening to right now?
Got to admit I keep coming back to this, Drive Home by Steven Wilson. A brilliant song with Guthrie Govan at his best with that guitar solo, the tone, the feel and the playing, simply immense!

What a trio .......... Wayne Krantz with Anthony Jackson on bass and Keith Carlock on drums, an 80s throwback. I think Joe has played with Wayne before maybe once or twice

I watched the entire one hour show this past Saturday on AXS. It's obvious why she has so many male fans but she is so much more than just a pretty face. The great thing about this show was they didn't do any of Daryl's songs, it was all Grace and band. Son and I got to see her early on after their first release, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals. They opened for Gov't Mule and were really good. There are more loaded here from this show, I think this one was my favorite

I am blown away by this young lady. I do love some jazz improv bass in the vein of Victor Wooten, Stanley Clarke, and Tal Wilkenfeld .............. she turned 24 last year and is from India

10 years ago today we lost Gary Moore, so it's only Gary's music this weekend. Thankfully my girlfriend loves his music as much as I do.

really into some early EJ and happened to stumble onto this, when I WAS living in Texas and still did not make the time to catch one of his concerts. So he remains on my bucket list, very sad. I really just wanted you to hear the first tune, a cover of Les Paul's World is Waiting for the Sunrise, quite remarkable even if the sound quality is poor

This last one, is a show i was at in 2018, where she was the Headline act. Tommy Castro was on before her and he played a great hour and half. Earlier in the day, I got to chat with her for a while, and she asked if I wanted to hear anything. I said I would love to hear this song. She kind of laughed and said, ok, i'll see... I can't promise but i'll try. She ended the event with this as part of her 3 song Encore, with Tommy helping.
People were filing out as her encore was 3 songs... and some said that in the parking lot they heard the howl of the start of this song and it was everybody that had left coming back to see and hear this song. (if you are a Trampled Under Foot fan, you know how awesome she does this song) It was AWESOME! I can pick a set list, I wish the artists would listen to me.. lol as this truly brought the house down that night!
Love this song! (James Brown's) It's a man's world..
