Topic: Cover Songs

Hi all,

I've noticed that Joe seems to cover a lot of songs by other artists, taking his own spin on each tune, usually improving on it IMHO.

I was thinking that I would love to hear Joe's take on Stevie Ray Vaughn's "Couldn't Stand The Weather" (unless he's already done it and I just haven't heard it yet smile  Then again, I don't believe I've heard him cover anything by SRV...oh well.

What song would you like to hear him cover?
