What about Blackfoot's "Train, Train"?
~~Rhonda
You'll probably need to do a little research to get my drift here, but J.B. Hutto's "J.B. Crawl" (acoustic slide)-the initials fit too!
Free song The Hunter.
Most Free stuff really would sound geat with the JB touch I think.
"Lay It On The Line" - Triumph
Well I still say J.B. Hutto's "JB's Crawl" as above, but since I just posted in Other Artists about Savoy Brown...and forgot "Louisiana Blues" as a neo-hit, how about that one?!
Okay, this may really stretch it, but I would love to hear Joe do "Get Back" Beatles. I'm not so much intrigued by the guitar on this one as I am about his voice. I think Joe would sound so cool singin' 'Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner...." Okay, so I've had a glass of wine....now how about Norwegian Wood.......acoustic...... oh yeah....... pattyluvsjoe
i think it would be cool to hear him do an eleanor rigby with that guitat thing he does at the begining of blues deluxe...you know where he makes it sound like a bow on the strings. I think it would be interesting if nothing else.
Also I think he could do a mean version of the song custard pie...i think it was originally zeppelin but also redone by matt tutor/ eric gale/ derek trucks
ABB (dreams) think Joe can give the proper slidework its been missing with Trucks and Hayes just has not been done well since duane died and Joe can give it his own flavor. Also how sweet would it be to here Joe do A HENDRIX STYLE CatFish Blues with that JOE touch. JUST DONT WONT 2 SEE joe doing songs like voodoo chile or texas flood wich have been copied by every up and coming guitar player, and every bar band i see. Joe likes to to do stuff that others are not and i believe these would be fitting and just think about what JB could do with these. just a thought not that he couldnt just tear up texas flood and voodoo chile but 2 many have done these and we dont need more SRV COMPARISONS with JOE he is past that stage and dont need 2 go down that road
and we dont need more SRV COMPARISONS with JOE he is past that stage and dont need 2 go down that road
Here here.......or is it hear hear ??
JB stands on his own two feet in my world.
Whatever Joe chooses to play will be brilliant. You just know it.
The genius will always shine through.
Come on.
Someone make it 11 pages.
It's one more than 10.
HA !!!
Tis me.
This one goes up to 11 see.

1.Armageddon/featuring Keith Rolf
2.Atomic Rooster
3.Tommy Bolin
4.Captain Beyond
5.The GroundHogs

Wow...I didn't think anyone remembered Captain Beyond
Who could forget Dancing Madly Backwards???
George Lynch did a passable version on his CD Furious George BUT IMHO Bobby Caldwell's drumming, both in Cap Beyond AND in Armageddon, as well as on Johnny Winter live is well, unreplaceable.......

I see a few Allman Bros. requests here and I'll concur. I'd vote for "One Way Out" or "Stand Back"? (Eat a Peach)
"One Way Out" would be so awesome!! I wonder what "Stairway To Heaven" would sound like.

I don't know where I've been. I've never heard of any of those bands and I love that type of music. Thanks for that video mikeb. That was trippy.
Someone say accoustic?
Zeppelin: White Summer, Black Mountain Side
Bron Yr Aur Stomp
Bron Yr Aur
Anyone ever see Jimmy play Bron Yr Aur Stomp live? Pretty awesome on the accoustic.
