My children met Joe for the first time in 2008 when he did a Blues In The Schools at my school. After that at the Carre in 2010 as well. They saw him perform 4 times now and in September again in Muenster germany. They loved the shows, we had second row seats and it wasn't too loud either. We had earplugs but wasn't necessary to use them.
First liveshow my son was 8 and my daughter 12.

So take your son to the show. he will never forget it!
