Topic: Thank you, Joe!

While typing my other post, I just realized something.....after everything Joe did for my son in law and myself last night...treated us with kindness and respect...graciously signed everything we brought.  Thanked us for coming, shook our hands....

And I walked away WITHOUT SAYING THANK YOU!   

Shame, shame on me.  Too caught up in the moment, but still...no excuse for not thanking the man who gives so freely of his time to his fans.

I know Joe won't see this, but I would at least like to put out a public THANK YOU to him.  And an apology for not doing it in person last night.

If Joe is the man that everyone who knows him, says he is, he will be humbled by the fact that another human being was so excited to meet him, he temporarily forgot his manners.  Congratulations on your autographs.

The only thing we deserve, is an opportunity.  Everything else has to be earned.
