Sorry to hear tonight's show has been canceled. We all know that doesn't happen unless things are bad. So, in my best nurse voice, stay warm and hydrated, find some Russian chicken soup, use your Neti pot, and wash your hands! lol Much love wink

Out of the loop on any scoop, but do indeed, rest ye BonaBones, Joeseph L.  I can relate.  Had a one day whomping Tuesday, not anywhere near severe enough to say or stay "sick", but severely distracting to my normal routine (even though I don't have one tongue).  I'm sure that is the frustration you suffer, too.  Respect for making a necessary call now and then.  You always know when, and it IS the best for all, especially you.  Hang in there, get well my friend! big_smile

Joe tweeted this  today-----The doctor said it is Laryngitis! Perfect timing.... ! Cause I really don't need my voice for much on tour.... # yikes!

Then saw the post that he cancelled Belarus.   Hope you feel better real soon. Rest that wonderful voice.

So sorry to hear you're not feeling well sad Laryngitis is real trouble. You need a lot of rest and no vocalization with that. You wear yourself out with these tours. So much travel and not enough quality rest. Sure hope you start feeling better soon.

Rest, rest, rest and more rest Joe Bonamassa! So fluff that pillow and grab a blanket, find a good movie or read that book you've been wanting to read and rest your vocal cords! Time to brush up on sign language. wink   I don't know how you keep it going, night after night....travel,sound check,interviews,meet & greets...probably picked the bug up on  a plane or in the airport sad

yep, Stoli and lots of orange juice with extra vitamin C on the side. I feel for you man, much worse getting sick on the road than dealing with it at home. Hang in there, it will just have to run it's course and you'll be back on stage in no time.
