All...

New to the forum and will be attending my first show on 11/2.  Since Cleveland is where I live, may I suggest to many of the out-of towners who are coming, to look at getting rooms at the Hyatt Arcade.  It is in the heart of the entertainment district of downtown, across the street from the E.4th entertainment area (lots of restaurants and House of Blues), about a 5-minute walk to the Horseshoe Casino, and about a 10-minute walk from the State Theater (concert venue).  The city actually runs free trolley service that can be picked up from the hotel on the Euclid Avenue side of the hotel (E-Line) and drops you off in front of the venue.  You might need to look at the times of it running...I'm pretty sure it goes until 7-8 pm.  Hope this may be of help to some of you...

No, I will be attending the Louisville show! I was just curious because I too have a meet and greet and wasn't sure on when to arrive, but Joe cleared that up in the M&G thread!

It seems there's a lot of people who have M&G for this show, so I guess we're all meeting at that Bar around 6 since the M&G are now at 5:30?

Yes, Natasha, the lucky M&G-ers should stop over whenever they are finished; non-M&G-ers can stop at the bar around 5-5:30.

Thanks to mditurno's wife Sherry, we have a private room right off the bar reserved for all the Bonafans, where food and drinks can be ordered.

We plan on getting there right around check in time for the hotel ... maybe walk around the block across the street where the theater is and look for the bus or trucks.  smile

Just checking so is the plan to meet at the Wyndham Hotel Blues Bar before and after the show? Special thanks to mditurno's wife Sherry for getting a private room for us all that is awesome. My daughter and I will be in Cleveland Thursday see you all Saturday.
