Re: Shepherds Bush Empire
Did anyone get a video of "Chains and Things"? It would be so great to get a chance to see this since it hadn't been performed live before this tour.

Thank you so much, Pete, that so made my day! I was so excited by the little subliminal message that I made my son come and watch and called my husband at work! You were so sweet to do that. I've loved this song since the moment I heard it and I so wish Joe would do it here... Vegas? ...Baltimore?... New York? ...Please?
So,It's Like That That went kinda like this....

This is beautiful. First time hearing. Thank you from me too, Pete.
So it looks like at least 2 out of the 3 horn guys are the same as played at 2009 RAH, am I right?
...err no! ...3 out of 3 Sally!
I wonder if those will be the same guys Joe and Beth will have with them this summer. They look like they're really enjoying themselves, especially at the end of So It's Like That.

thanks pete, you are the best for sharing these with us.
Well, after my little walking double pneumonia episode (trust me, it is not a good thing to gurgle while breathing), I'm mostly back in the saddle and still in Germany. I just opened and started looking at the SBE files which I hadn't even given a sniff since I shot them. The fog machine was making my auto focus crazy at times from the balcony at a big lens setting, but the music is stonkin! Here are some starters.

So Many Roads http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HlQdfTQGlw This is just amazing with the brass section.

The videos look and sound great, Rick! Not good that you had all that cold weather in London. Hope you are feeling better.

Joe tips the hat to a mentor. Chains 'n Things with the horn section. I'll tell ya, That night at the Bush was really special. That semi hollow body just agrowling and howling and crying like a thing posessed. The DVD will be a thing to treasure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpHlqUg_Djs

I continue the show in sequence. Next up. Lonesome Road Blues. http://youtu.be/XIDFqxXuj3g
