Joe Bonamassa
Stephen Talkhouse
Amagansett, Long Island, NY

Smokin' Joe played amongst a capacity crowd of just 150 people.

Once i did some research I learned that this recording had never circulated.

Joe is originally from New Hartford, CT and had his first album release in 1994 with a band called "Bloodline".

With members from the offspring of Miles Davis, Robby Krieger and Berry Oakley.

This could be Joe's Bloodline band. I haven't been able to determine the members on stage.

Aside from Joe's 1994/95 Bloodline band, this is probably the one of the earliest known live recordings in circulation.

I'm sure there may be earlier live recordings in private collections.

I do know that at a very young age, he had met B.B. King in his early teens and was later invited to be Mr. King's opening act,

back in November 1991 for several East Coast dates.

Joe is ripping it up here at the Talkhouse and just having a great time.

He finishes with a 12 minute version of Jimi Hendrix's "Are You Experienced".

Hi all!

I've made audio recording (excellent quality) of JB's recent show in Moscow.
PM me, if you're interested in a trade. I'm looking especially for any JB Moscow audio/video.

P.S. Killer show as always, thanks Joe! :-D

Re: Joe Bonamassa master torrent thread

Hi, I am making a bluray (40 mbps) of Joe's concert at the Hartwall Arena, Helsinki Finland Oct 13, 2013. Full show, 2:16 hrs filmed with a Sony HX-20V from row 3 (row 2 for the encores).

I am calling out for alternate camera angles to spice to add variety. My own material is quite steady and excellent quality, but the drummer and bass player are mostly hidden behing the amps. I have other sources for Woke Up dreamin', Dislocated Boy, Slow Train, Dust Bowl, Midnight Blues, Django, Sloe Gin, and the Ballad of John Henry, but would certainly welcome more.

And did anyone produce a good quality audio recording of the show? The audio in my material is quite good but in louder songs things get a little muddy, though not disturbingly so. I have a lot of pics for the artwork, but of course open to new ones as well.

So if anyone has any material, don't hesitate to contact me.

See UTube, nick Bimbomable for a preview of what's to come: the multimedia edit of Midnight Blues in the playlist Joe Bonamassa Helsinki 2013. I have also uploaded a selection of eight songs from my material to give you an idea, though these will look much better in the finished product.

There is some cool stuff on here that isn't listed:
After "Mountain Time" is "Sick in Love" which then goes for a moment into a bit of "Dazed and Confused" and then back into "Sick In Love". And number 10 which says "guitar solo" is actually the end of "Don't Burn Down That Bridge"
Really cool recording.
