You might be a while using "Tonka, blues player, guitarist" as a search!
I've seen his band before on youtube but I didn't realize HE was Lionel. I thought the trumpet player was since whatever clip I saw he was sort of out front.

An old favorite, Joe Louis Walker. Joe played lots of local clubs in the Bay Area as well as a friend of mines backyard BBQ party in the mid '80's. He's had a number of personel changes since those days, but Joe always delivers.
