I haven't tried them so can't comment on that front. One thing I did notice recently is that having watched Slash lived for as long as I can recall he's been snapping a lot of strings live this year, since started using the cobalts supposedly.

Probably just coincidence of playing some slightly heavier stuff as of late but thought was interesting.
