Re: My Next Concert (s)
Saw G3 on the 3rd of April, one of the best live shows I've ever seen, right up there with Deep Purple AC/DC & Cold Chisel. Can't wait to see Joe for the first time in October!!

Oli Brown on Sunday for me too! Looking forward to it although Dana Fuchs aswell would have been even better. Some of the adverts for the gig still show her as support which is a bit misleading.

Then a week to go until Ryan's Uk show.....

This venue looks like becoming a favourite for us Scots. Have to congratulate David Mundell for signing up the acts.
Kenny Chesney/Tim McGraw - Saturday, June 9, Cowboys Stadium, Arlington
Buddy Guy/Jonny Lang - Saturday, June 23, Nextstage, Grand Prairie
ZZ Top/3 Doors Down - Sunday, June 24, Starplex, Dallas
My next concert is Joe Bonamassa in Des Moines, Iowa and I'm getting to sit right next to PattyLuvsJoe. I put that right next to a Papal audience. Honored to catch the glow from Joe's greatest fan? You betcha! First leg of the flight tomorrow at 6:30 am. Wooo Hoooo! Wall bouncing commencing right now!

How about this for a link? We went into an old old blues bar in San Francisco and got talkin to a guy who had seen Grateful Dead/Jerry Garcia bout 300 times. He said that the seat I was on was the usual one occupied by Paul Kantner when he was in town. We then had a great talk about SF bands and Jefferson Airplane in particular. When i got back to my hotel i had an email confirming Jefferson Starship are playing Kinross, Scotland in October. Karma? I think so.
