Re: Virgil and the Accelerators

Virgil, Gabe & Jack are off to studios in Germany after the current tour to record (studio) album #2, with big name producer Chris Tsangerides.

Really stretching the budget, so they're modestly hitting the "pledge" trail for some pennies for European PR, bit more studio time (if needed) and other bits and pieces, maybe including a video. One day in (29 to go) and at time of posting they're already at a quarter of their total.

Just put my pledge in and looks like they're on course to hit their target by the end of today. Keep this rate up, and who knows, maybe enough for a double album, eh Martin? big_smile

Re: Virgil and the Accelerators

Thought I'd bring this back to the top with the news that VATA have now got pledges of £3,842 so they've already gone beyond their target. Very pleasing to see that. There's still 25 days to go if you want to join in the fun.

I pledged the other day. It is great news that they have already exceeded their target, and with so much time left. They are a band that deserves to go far. Look forward to the new album.

Re: Virgil and the Accelerators

This is such great news! These boys are not only dynamite on stage, they are all sweethearts too, and deserve to go far. I finally get to see them locally early next month, which I am hugely looking forward to!

Something to do with the venue having its locks changed I believe. Promotor has been stitched up.
