Really like the sound of that! Print a nice white or light color T-shirt with the cover photo of the special CD on the front and the tag line above - the back features tour dates. Now that would be a seller, me thinks.....eh, J&R??? Sign me up for one!!!

This has to be one of the frankest and coolest interviews I've read for a very long time.  And just about the best magazine cover of ALL time.  Would be great to get it signed by the man himself during the UK tour.  Congratulations Joe!

Today i popped into my local Tesco's supermarket to do my lottery, and glanced over at the tiny magazine's display .... in amongst all the "FHM" "What's on TV Guide" "Country Life" and "Wedding Planner 2012"
There's Joe on the cover of Classic Rock cool  OMFG He's just across the road in my local Tesco's  LOL
and there's like 5 of 'em

Last week i travelled 5 miles to pick that up guaranteed at WH Smiths

My copy was waiting on the mat on Saturday. The article is huge, even by CR standards. Often big articles like this get separated with 2 pages at the back of the mag, which really annoys me for some reason. But no, Joes article is laid out page after page.

Quite a frank piece as well, as others have said. Interesting to read about the change in attitude towards stage dress and so on and Roy Wiseman's take on things.

As a fan it is a good piece, but hopefully this article will reach other readers in CR's wide catchment.

I know we could all put together a better 'Best of' from Joe's stuff, and CR have mostly used what they offered before as individual mp3 downloads. That said it offers a good cross section and would serve as a good 'taster' for anyone looking to discover more.

Listening to 'Miss You, Hate you' straight after one of his more recent numbers showed how much more raw his vocals were then. I liked them, but it did sound like they were under strain back then. Revisiting ANDY only serves to drive home the point.

The work he has done in this area has possibly saved his voice I would say.
