I put this on your blog Stu, but for those who don't subscribe and like this kind of stuff check out the Dropkick Murphys.  There is a lot of this type of music here in Bawston, and I do enjoy it once in a while for a change of pace.  The Dropkicks go the full mile with bagpipes and fiddle players - pretty cool stuff if you are in the right mood.  We are seeing them at Fenway Park in September which is going to be one heck of a party.   smile

WOW! I'll take the Murph's anyday. I'd have thought Eric & Kenny would have surfaced in a band with a whole lot more style & substance. In this economy a paycheck is a paycheck.

Hey maybe E and K are closet celtic punksters.Good to see they are back as a rythmn section again.Now from a marketing  perspective, with Joe on a roll ,they should be hooking up with some smokin blues rocker like Davy Knowles or Ryan McGarvey.They could be the newer less known Double Trouble.How bout them with Doyle Bramhall II
