Happy RAH Anniversary! Thank you, Joe for such a great performance and to Roy and all those at  J & R for the save every penny mode to make it happen. You are such a great example of how hard work and dedication results in reaching goals. What a great thread? I realized when I logged into my profile a moment ago my 1st post was a year ago. In the short time I've been here I knew many of you were at RAH however until you see all the posts and great photos & videos of the evening do you realize just how many of you are there. I've really enjoyed reading everyone's stories and looking at all the photos & Rocket your video is too much fun!
Count me in for RAH 2  smile  smile  smile

I wouldn't miss that for the world.

If you look up to the heavens just before the start of every Joe Bonamasaa concert you can see Stevie, Jimi, Muddy, Gary and others leaning over God’s railing jockeying for the best view.
And if you listen, you can hear Stevie say  “ SHHhhhh,  The kids about to start playing.”

Re: May 4, 2009/ May 4, 2011

Joe, my son Jerr was so excited that you made it,he was stoked for you,he said look Dad, Joe did it. Sad thing was he was never able to see the video. But him,Stevie and all the others were watching, saying ya that man can play.
But the cool thing about the RAH video,is the folks that watch it, never hearing of Joe B,are hooked. I'm gonna have a room full of 20+ year olds over this Fri. night that want to see it. Like someone told me from another thread, more for the fold.  wink

This nuance style can only be clarified by the maestro herself.
I'm glad that I learned about Joe's work, it's like a new year in perception and forever!)

@juice night
Sorry to tell you,
Joe’s not on his own forum anymore to add/explain/ enjoy (since 2012)

Just a few of us “die hards” here, hoping he’ll come back and add his Guitar Nerd with him

He sticks mostly to Instagram and Twitter mostly with his team doing most of the Facebook

It was great when he bought a new $200k-500k guitar or $50k Dumble and we’d get all the little guitar tied bits around it.
Not now

Abandon hope.  He does not post or read here anymore.  Sign on to Instagram to “TRY” to keep up with his goings on…

He’s not waiting for you or me.  Waiting For Me (from So, It’s Like That-great song on that album) applies…things are beyond “that” that nowadays…

There are reasons that we probably don't know about.

If only it were that simple (Have you read Shakespeare's “Romeo and Juliett”?)

Thanks for the advice!

He’s not waiting for you or me

The main thing is that we are waiting for his blues, in spite of it, always as long as we are alive…
