I pre-ordered Tour De Force Blu-Ray Box Set on Oct 05. In the beginning of November when I tried to check the status of my order I failed to log in. I contacted Tamara Click and she replied: "I cannot locate you in the system". But "TDF Amp Box Set Notification" email that I received on Oct 16 proved that my account existed at that time. Who deleted my account? Was data lost during system failure? The store can't explain this. I paid for pre-order through PayPal. Based on its transaction ID Tamara Click seemed to be able to identify my order. The parcel was shipped via USPS and tracking number is LN813587961US. According USPS site the parcel did not left or is not going to leave US territory (Oct 30, 2013 | CHICAGO | "Processed through USPS Sort Facility") while the destination address is in Russia. So I can't verify if it's indeed my order. I waited 40 days after shipping date. My local post office confirmed that they did not receive the parcel. I'm trying to get the help from JB Store to trace my parcel (only a sender can contact USPS) but now I can't get a reply neither from customerservice email nor from Tamara Click - only auto replies ("it is our goal to reply to messages within 24 hours"). I don't understand what is going on. It's the first time in my life when I encountered such horrible customer service.

I don't order a lot of items through the store but every time I do I am surprised how quickly I receive the items.

Recently I ordered 4 TdF RAH Blu Ray's as house warming gifts for customers of mine. I ordered on a Friday and they arrived on Monday. Just normal shipping service. What was even more surprising is the USPS was involved. wink

I understand that there have been problems and it is unfortunate when immediate attention isn't given to inquiries I know that J&R would want to hear of any problems people are having because they do pride themselves in customer service and will work to make any problems right if possible. Jane has volunteered to call and I would like to volunteer to pass inquires to the appropriate person there if that will help.

Thanks for your offers! Today I prompted the staff in my local post office to re-check their warehouse. Tomorrow I'll know the result. It's quite possible that the parcel was lost in transition. But I would like for JB Store to confirm at least that the shipping address was correct. The strange situation with my JB Store's account raises the doubts.
